Joey is a very special permanent resident. 
 His job is to guard the horses - and that is exactly what he does.  He keeps stray animals away from the horses, never allows other dogs to chase them - and he does not allow the horses to wander should they get out of the fence.  Joey came to us as a rescue dog, but we never dreamed he would be so special.

Joey is available for petting during business hours and he will remind you if you forget (dirty paws and all)!
