Mira |

Mira is Rusty's seeing eye horse. She assists him around the pasture and protects him from anyone (4 legged) who wants to mess with him across fences or stall gates. We try to team up a blind horse with another sighted horse, but this is the first we have ever seen such a close bond. It is truly a bond where Mira does watch out for Rusty. She is often used to for young volunteers who are learning to groom, like the girl scouts, as she loves the attention and will stand all day to be groomed!
