| 10/01/08 What a horse!!! Twix is a great horse. We were able to use him this past weekend for the Poseyville AutumnFest Parade. He did great and was such a trooper. His only concern through the whole thing was when the band went by while we were waiting for our turn to enter the parade route. He didn't like it, but didn't throw a fit either, he just wanted to wait for his turn a little further from the band and his rider rode him down the street a little then came back after the band was gone. He really showed off down the parade route and the crowd LOVED him! He is sound to ride and is willing to do anything you ask him to. This guy is super special and deserves a second chance and a new career! 07/31/08 Twix is a 12 year old
Thoroughbred/Percheron Gelding. He stands approximately 15.3hh and is
just a doll. Twix knows how to lead, tie, trailer, clip, and pick up all
four feet. Twix was trained and used for Dressage, however a stifle
injury has ended his show career. Twix would love to be a gentle
companion to other horses or provide a light ride every once and a
while. |
