IHR Southwest

Instructions:

Due to the overwhelming amount of paperwork involved in processing applications, IHR has now posted forms you may print and use for the references needed.  Applications may still be submitted on line or sent via postal mail.  However, we now require that the applicant gather all information needed to have your application processed.  This requires that you have 2 personal references complete a personal reference form or write a letter of reference for you along with having your vet office write a letter of reference or complete the vet reference form.  We require pictures of your facility, showing the shelter for horses and your fencing.  This enables us to process your application much quicker to help you in your search for the right horse!

Applications can be processed while you are at the facility should you  have an interest in a horse and have your paperwork together.

I understand by submitting this application I am responsible for obtaining 2 personal references, a vet reference and pictures of the facility where the horse will be housed to have my application processed.
