One of our volunteers has been working with Faraa to see what all she
know. She has has a rider on her bareback as well as with a bareback
pad. She seems to do well, just needs some brush up work. She is a sweet
mare that needs a special home. She prefers a hackamore instead of a bit
when riding. She knows how to pick up her feet well.

Today was a warm day, so we decided to get some new pictures of some of
the horses. Faraa is doing really well and she has gained weight nicely.
Faraa is a beautiful girl! She loves people, loves to be brushed and is
just great to be around. She loves her winter blanket and will stand for
you to put it on. She also likes to come into the barn at night. We are
looking forward to our trainers working with her in the spring. We are
guessing that she has had some training under saddle, but we will test
her skills as the weather improves.

Faraa is an absolute doll to be around. She loves everyone and LOVES
attention! She is a beautiful mare, she is going to be a very nice
looking horse when she fills out. Faraa is pregnant and she appears to
be very close to delivering, she just keeps holding out on us. Faraa has
been through a rigorous deworming cycle and has also been vaccinated.
She is doing very well, however she is being closely monitored as she
could deliver any time and who knows if problems could occur because of
her previous poor care.
