What is the costs?
Indiana Horse Rescue would like to find sponsors to help us provide quality Vitamins and Minerals to our Pasture Horses. We would like to purchase the LARGE Tubs of PRO-VITA-MIN 20 Tub from ADM Alliance Nutrition, which costs $79.99 per tub to purchase. These Tubs will last us approximately 1 1/2 to 2 months per pasture.

IHR Central has a total of 3 Pastures that are in need of the LARGE Tub, estimating a total of $239.97!

IHR Pike has 1 Pasture in need of a LARGE Tubs, at $79.99!

IHR South has 5 Pastures in need of LARGE Tubs, estimating $399.95!

IHR Southwest has a total of 11 Pastures that are in need of LARGE Tub, that mean we need $879.89 to place a Tub in each pasture!

Total Cost for Vitamin and Mineral Tubs
$1,599.80 every other month!

That's $9,598.80 per YEAR!

The Indiana Horse Rescue Sponsorship Program is for those that would like to become more involved in the rescue efforts of horses and those that really want a horse but just can't manage it for one reason or another but still want to be involved in a horses life and their care. Many of the rescued horses that come to us are in need of additional feed, supplements, vitamins, or farrier care. Caring for these special needs horses is both time consuming and expensive. Some of them must stay at the rescue for many months to ensure they are healthy enough to leave and have adjusted to new loving environment - some take more training than others due to abuse they experienced.
